YAY a reply, so im not totally out on a limb.. This challenge can be both ways, cartoony or realistic, or a mix. If this becomes the challenge we may have to split the catagories, realistic, and cartoony, but I think regardless this could be a great challenge. Design a character and submarine racer that he/she would race, there a chance for some real creativity. common people what do you think?

That is a cool idea for a challenge. But most likely they already have somethin planned. If they dont use it maybe you should start a challenge in the WIP thread.

Great idea, but with the festivals coming up, good luck trying to get a challenge with a lot of participants joining. Im glad the mods decided not to have a challenge this next month cous I need to spend most my time with completing my demo reel and short film and these challenges are just so Tempting!! :P . You should suggest your underwater idea to them for it goes in line with the Nemo Theme, but for a future challenge. Good luck!

Good Idea.
Maybe there are a lot of people busy with the festivals, but since the other challenges are canceld for a while, there is a chance for others to change over to this one. And there are lots of students who aren´t yet preparing for festivals, like me e.g. .

I like the underwater racer idea so much I started on one last night. I'll be posting it in the w.i.p. section soon. Spirit, I expect you to critique it seeing as how you put this idea in my head!
