Hey, i think you have a nice illustration going here, it does seem unfinished though. I like the line drawing quite well, i think there are a couple areas where the coloring could be improved. With the composition, i think the tilted horizon is cool, but maybe a bit extreme, the foreground area on the right seems to be on a different plane than the background. You might adjust some of the coloring for the background elements, like the green area near the road, it blends together with the green of the foreground elements and doesn't really give the depth you are looking for. Also what happened to that guy's right hand?

Its an interesting concept, and i like what you have so far.

Nice composition and landscape.

I think the weakest point is the connection between the man and his vehicle. His hand looks like you were unsure about that area ;) His feet should have better support (pedals?) and he couldn't sit like that without a backrest.

Like Rabid1 said, for- and background green flow together. Colours in the distance should be a tad less saturated.
