Nice start. I think the nostrils are too round. If u look at ur source picture they are more oval. And on ur close up of the hair, the hair seems to be neatly avoiding the ear, where as in real life the hair would go behind the ear. Also at the corners of the mouth i personally think u need to add a bit more of a crease, showing the wieght of the tisue on her face a bit better. And the top of the upper lip needs a bit more of a U shape to it. But hey man deffinly a good start. Id like to see an update.

Perhaps you could put this head, on the body you were working on.

Are you planning on doing any texturing?
