You have a good eye.

Speaking of eyes, you overemphasize them a bit too much. They both look like they have eyeliner on, which is incongruous for the little girl. (They ARE two different people, right? If not, you have a much larger issue than eyelining...)

Other than that, very nice work. Especially the hair, which is a tedious and time consuming thing to do with any real consistency or smoothness.
