Nice work. I guess you may use more dynamics on it, having baloons rising between buildings and changing that flat top level, making diffrent elevetions for buildings.:thumbsup:

Ya it almost looks like the city i stationary but everyone just uses ballons to travel. I dont get the sense the city itself is flying. But everything does look great none the less.
