Yes, you can bake that information with Bake script from John Burnett's footools
http://www.footools.com/scripts.html
But keep in mind that you cannot bake the bones in a direct way because the nature of animation controllers when applying IK solver. You have to make a copy for each member of the hierarchy and link to it's bone. Then bake those objects with Bake.
Btw, you lost the hierarchy info, so you will not able to animate it 8)
