This is a little personal project, I wanted to see how far i could take a mechanical rig. This particular one is designed by me (a lil inspiration form the red planet!http://www.cgtantra.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif ). I modelled it and rigger it. THought its not all complete (Just a little more UI's to build) its almost there.

I paln to do a little animation and maybe put it up with a full rendering a little later!

very nice model and rig! how long have you been working on it?

the screen capture (artifacts?) is a bit distracting...oh well, whatever.

looking forward to seeing this continue.

Thanks man! Really appreciated. Well, ive been working on it for about 4 to 5 months. Sorry about the bad quality of the screen grab, just havnt had the time to put up a nice one. But will be doing that real soon! Will also post a concept drawing of it that i stated out with.!

Are you an animator by trade or hobby? Is that a dumb question?

Thanks em3!:) Im actually an animator by profession. Been in the inustry for about 2 yrs now. Thanks for the CnC!:)
