fester 05-02-2003, 12:37 PM Hi there everyone. I just finished an opening title sequence for an independant movie short about a woman who gets fed up with her suburban life and decides to move into her refridgerator.
The movie itself is all live action, but the titles are all animated.
Let me know what you think.link to quicktime movie (sorenson 3) (http://www.crankcreative.com/downloads/yvonne.mov)

I dont know why there isnt a reply to this, but before it dies off...
Well the animationa is right on, but what botthers me is the use of more the one spot light, juast up the ambient a little bit. Because i havent seen one artoon where they have multiple shadows. Looks nice though, i would like to see the movie for it though, suonds interesting.

thanks for your feedback. I went with more than one light because I really liked the shapes the shadows were making. They took on this cool organic kind of form.

I agree with LordShaitan about the shadows/multiple spotlights, it would look cleaner with a single spotlight. But that's just my opinion:shrug:
Also, I think the whole sequence is too long, you only have a couple of credits to show. And if you shortened it by maybe 50% it would be much better.
But I think it's really cool, I love the style and the idea!
