Well what are we supposed to do!?

Sometimes we have no choice especially when the company / developer of the plugin that's we've payed a lot of money for doesn't respond despite repeated, and very polite e-mails....speaking of which, have you received any of my e-mails regarding the PC>Mac license transfer I requested weeks ago? You said it was ok if I destroyed the old PC license. Sure thing, my PC is gone. I'm now on a Mac Pro without VRay for which I have payed for (and which I barely touched when it was on the old PC) Maybe you have a problem with your mail server?

Stefan. I would really, really appreciate some kind of positive response soon since I too am on a deadline here. It would be great to finally! work with this wonderful rendering engine that you and your developers have worked so hard to bring to us.

i just wanted to say that calling the developer himself/herself is most time the fastest method if some is urgent.
was not meant evil from me, juts wanted to help him...

and most people speak english of course in europe:-)
