View Full Version : looking for a good anatomy book with lots of quality drawings or pictures

Hi, i just want a book that would put emphasis on how skin looks on muscles, with different bulkiness, and pure muscle refference, but it would be best if there would be a lot of drawings of a full figure with every muscle shown. Ideally all of that would have to be put on small amount of pages. generally small amount of text and large amount of good quality pictures.

what do you recommend?

This book is quite good. It's not the only book you should have in your collection, but it's one of the better ones that I and many friends use.

It's photos of a gymnast that's been bodypainted with muscle striations, it's a great reference, mainly images (mostly b/w but several that are color too) and this guy is photographed jumping, in different positions etc. It's a fantastic reference, and shows side by side comparisons of the painted and unpainted gymnast in various poses.
