Title: Inner Demon Concept

This is a concept painting done in photoshop cs3, i'm trying to develop some new characters for a story, including 3 demon figures, this is the first one done entirely with a flat brush, I wanted to give him a calm fiery feel.
I'm hoping that he gives off both a menacing look as well as a childish attitude.
Let me know how i can improve the characters presence and appearance. thanks.
