I like nature, and especially enigmatic places ;)
Put it shortly - strange things happens in this forgotten village :)

Hi Andrey - Not sure if this is a matte or full-on freehand painting. If there are were no photo elements in that picture then I would be very impressed indeed. Otherwise, if it is a matte, do you have the original photos to show?
The location looks similar to the area around my home in the English countryside, which is what caught my interest when I saw the thumbnail.
The only criticisms I can think of is the skull in the wall stands out a little too much and could be taken back a bit, and the image is a little too dark to be able to see the village and other details on my CRT - probably looks just right on an LCD monitor though ;)
Love the composition and atmosphere, and the name 'Malicious Village'.

I see there are some element blending problems, but I like the croma and mood. keep it up man!

reminds me of John Howe's famous painting about Gandalf which is also a cover for Fellowship of the Ring. Great mood and lighting. I liked it very much:thumbsup:
