CGTalk - Comic Look Brush?

Hello I looked around the site couldn't find a thread that pertained to this so i figured i'd start my own.

I am trying to figure out what brush or what procedure I have to go thought to have my drawing that i scan in to photoshop cs3 so that it has a certain look to it. I am trying to get a comic book flash look to it.

I am basically wanting to no what brush and what number setting to use to get it to color in like that. Please help if you no it would really help my drawings thx.
