View Full Version : Modelling Reference!
loked 05-02-2003, 12:04 AM Hey,
I know Im probably gonna get called lazy for this question, but I really have done alot of searching before asking this question.
Basically, I'm modelling a human body and I need reference from the top, side and front that all match up. I cant find a detailed pic anywhere on the net. I would like something that shows quite alot of detail and is from all three views. Please if anyone has anything like this. Please post it for me. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!!!!

has some very good ref-pics, but i don't know whether there are any from the top...
why do you need the top reeference? i doubt that you will be able to find one of those, and it wont really make a big difference since most of the modeling really takes place in the front & side views...

Hey phoenix2k,
I've been to that site, but I honestly cant find a detailed pic of a side and front of a male. There's all these female pics, but I could'nt find a male one. Maybe Im just bad at searching.l agree about the top pic, Im not really worried about that. The front and side would be just fine.
Please if anyone has got please post them.
Thanks!!

the net will only take you so far ... I'd suggest going to the library and finding human anatomy books ...

what proggie do you use, if you don't mind me asking...
EDIt: is it just me or is your host really, really slow?
you got msn? I might be able to help you out with your hosting problems...depending on how much space you use and how little you abuse it...

Hey Unlevel,
I'm glad you like it. Its all done in Maya 4.5.
I do have MSN and I dont know why the host is really slow, but Im also limited to so little space. It would be really cool if you could help me out with some space. Thanks!!
