Shael' Tak, was born of the nether, because of the maginificent forces fused to creat his mortal form, he has the ability to call lightning from inside his own body. His artifact/s are a pair of gauntlets which let him control this very unstable power inside, and a war hammer which he can infuse with the lightning when he attacks.
