this picture was made for the contest "my way to fly". many contest entries where airplanes, futuristic ufos and technical stuff. i wanted to go another way. my first goal was to create an elefant that can fly. first i though about the elefant using ballons to fly but i chanced the idea to the current scene. the style is oriented on videogames like super mario or sonic the hedgehog. all done with lightwave 3d. simple color corection in PS.
