View Full Version : Need some Skyshader Expertise.
Kotayus 05-01-2003, 08:38 PM Im working on an image, that is using Skyshader...and its doing what i want, with one exception...see how hazy it looks? i want it to be black...ral dark, i turned the cloud layers off, haze isnt active...i dont know what else to turn off...any suggestions?

try to set the air moisture to a lower level.

i did that, to zero...i figured it out thought, i had the specular channel active...turned it off, and the haze went with it. Thanks though.
just a general crit on the pic.
looks nice however I would recomend changing the base to a circle.
for the reason that with a square it looks a little weird. I think this is because you are using round elements and then all of a sudden switching to a square one. Try using a circle primative instead of a plane. and maybe even make it editable extrude a bit and play with things to give the ground a more solid look.
sorry about this I just had to bring it up.
don't know anything about skyshader though.
