Hello,
Here is my latest personal work. I worked on it about three weeks in my freetime. In this work I used sss and as usually, wanted that this looked like reality. Done in 3dsmax and rendered in Vray, with some post in Photoshop. I hope you like it.

Soft lighting cannot get any better...
Very nice light set up man,
can you explain to a how you set up the lights??
