I new book is about to hit the market following the story of the most infuencial 3d gaming company in existence, ID SOFTWARE. It takes a look at the life history of the gaming giant including Carmack. Did you know doom was made coded by a 22 year old John Carmack? Take a look at this book there is some sample chapter... very great
