I'm sure this is common mel but from some reason I can't find me. Can somebody tell me where I can find a mel that will change shader's texture path?

Should be the fileTextureName attribute of the file node.

setAttr -type "string" file1.fileTextureName "WHATEVER.JPG" should do it.

Thanks for the response! The texture's name is the same, but directory location is different.

c:/folder1/texture.jpg
c:/folder2/texture.jpg

I constantly receive Maya files and textures from another company. I will then take Maya files and textures and put them in our folders. But when I open Maya files, the texture's location is broken because I had moved textures location. I then have to go to each shader and manually direct textures location to new texture location. I'm looking for a mel that will automate having to direct each texture's new location.
