Just setting up my Space :)
Been lurking on the forum for far too many years, not particpating- BAH! (As one can see by the numebr of posts)
My goals are pretty simple - to get feedback and finish , as well as to have something decent to add to the reel.

The Necrotic Twins:
A male Clericon - who has unusual powers because he is joined to his undead twin –they are one being ready to corrupt and degrade the metal beings that enter their worlds. She died in battle with the metal beings he was elsewere and felt the pain of her death and through necromancy joiner her to him (yes a little insestuious)- She isVulnerable in her non corporeal form, but merged with her twin brother they have become the ultimate warrior of the void.
Note: they are one character a hybrid clericon, undead ghoul- a foot in both camps so to speak –this will fit within the rules I hope. (It could fall into the steed catagory)

A really rough sketch; -then I gotta get back to work- will do some proper art this evening.
Thinking of how they are "one" perhaps through his mouth or temple or a more organic/physical attachement and have the wraith growing out of his arm.

Silhouette updates -thinking maybe the Clericon corporial could be female and the hideous undead part masculine -maybe.
But they are one being - honest!

Getting little behind compared to others out there - anyway The idea has evolved into a clericon dwarf /symbiotic undead twin, but with more physical links between the undead half and the living which have stunted the growth of the living.
Also need to look at some of Brian Frouds work on Labrynth, specificly goblins armour- or in my case psuedo supports scafolding between the living and dead.
Gonna start blocking out the undead half of the character in mudbox -(which I admit was based on Torquamada rfrom good old 2000 AD days).
So in the end I am making a poisonus dwarf - he not that original but what the heck.

Mudbox sketch paint over- I will be using the base mudbox sketch and then a re-topolgy tool (Topogun) to make up final base mesh which will then be detailed properly in Mudbox.

Better get to modeling now- at this rate I am gonna have a tough time finishing.
I personally like and feel the undead twin part better. As of right now, I think the cleric will looks awesome as a partner for his undead if you keep them in that last pose.

Start of the 3D work -roughed out the mudbox sketch in Topogun- once I finish the clean up, I will take it back into Mudbox - but before then i need to continue blocking out the main forms of the meshes - Necrotic twin will be blocked out next be next -hooray fro easter weekend!
Cheers for the feedback DMNY -Yes I want to have the cleric in a Hallelujah pose with the twin looming from out of him the sketch doesnt quiet get what I plan to do - I will get the 3D stuff working from now on (I can always post- justify if things change too much) - the only real issue will be how (if?) I do the transparency and smokey dead bits.
Gonna concentrait on the undead half in the meanwhile-
It's indeed a nice pose, dude. It makes me think of the bad guy in Naruto, Orochimaru...Well the character shreds away from his old body by the mouth. If I find some pictures, I'll share it with you.

Mudbox WIP - getting there - got loads to do - going to plod along, I am going to leave the undead brother without eyes no features to the head except for the mouth.
The one thing I really need to concentrait from a design/technical point of view is how I can join the smokey stuff from the dead brother up to the living brother in an economical way- and keep to the 9K goal.

Yes slow going- I am way behind - ah well- getting there slowly-why in all hell did I decide to do two characters-duh!
Now busy working on getting a game res characters done- may have to lose the legs on the clricon (sort of living one.)
