View Full Version : Making animations with interactions??

Hello, newbie here. I need to ask if it's possible to make animations that has interactions elements in it? Like having 3d objects clickable when the animation is running, to trigger an event or show somw information. And what program can I use to make that happen? Can I use MAYA and Director to make it?

All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you will need to storyboard your elements, render them out as separate animation clips in maya, and then assemble the clips together in director. Are you talking about an animated webb page? A dvd menu? Perhaps if you give examples of the look you are wanting we could be more helpful...
