interesting portret.. eyes and skintone are amazing but hair not so..
it would be a bit soften not so sharp in the top [especially in left top].. and make deeper focus on her eyes [IMHO]

As to the hair, well, it is one of the elements in which there's always room for impruvement. I will not touch her, since she's been already been published, but I'll certainly keep your suggestion in mind for my next 'face-shot' portraits. :)
