did this for my folio as I wanted a franchised 4000 polys characters plus some weapons.

so I really took my time and came up with this model witch is 3900 triangles w/o weapons, weapons are 690 tris and fully functionnal (indy can relead his colt etc...) I took the colt cowboy 1850 as reference as it seems to be the weapon he has in raiders of the lost arch (my fav of the trilogy) I know he has a german pistol in the last crusade though.

the whip is not shown but it's done :)

here are all the sources I used :http://wip.global-illusions.com/indy/sources

render :

wireframe head shot :

I plan to do a little environnement around that character and some basic animations aswell (reload, play with his whip etc)

I may also give him a sword depending of my spare time...

feel free to ask for more shots :)
C&C welcome, but i doubt I'll change much things on it

Looking good! He even looks like Harrisson Ford.

he seems to be missing one half of his shirt, at least the collar part. he seems a bit too fat around the pelvis area.

I think you could easily remove the creases from his knee and do them with the texture. Great work though

Very nice model! I too wonder about the missing shirt half and why you modeled the body under the shirt. I also find him to look a wee bit chubby around the pelvis and belly. The creases on the shins look really nice but I think you could do without the knee ones. Personally I find that if polygons don't add anything to a model's silhouette it can be done with textures instead. Looking forward to the textured model and the animations!

Hey Vahl, the model looks really good! The head looks much too big though. Maybe the neck also. Change that and you would have a really nice model, because all the other proportions are very good. Also I agree with Wiro about the creases on the knees.
