I think, that this very good start....I like your shadows and musculature, landscape is beautiful too.Very successful composition.
But I think that clothes should be more impressive on his body....Good luck! :)

Your lighting is not consistent from a single source (the sun) or location outside of your canvas. The foreground (man and tree), mid ground (over lit yellow slab on the right side of the canvas), and background (mountains) all show different directions and strength of lighting.

The owl on the branch is too low for this composition. Sitting, that branch is about 2 metres off the ground. Owls do not perch so low.

It also looks strange for him to be sitting while holding his battle axe upright like that. There are no enemies around him, and it is too short to be a walking stick aid.

The shield looks like a bicycle wheel.

I would take his hand out from between his legs.

Your anatomy proportions are very good, except for the right arm between his legs - the forearm is strange.
I think the clothing appropriate for the scene. It looks more realistic than overly developed armor.

Обещать взглядов. Полно страстного желания ждать вашего уточнения. (Looks promising. Eagerly awaiting your update.)
