This is my first low poly game creature/character ive been mostly doing weapons. It was modeled in max 5 and is around 766 polies. Im working on trying to unrap it but im finding unrapping things to be one of the hardest parts to modeling for some reason.. Well crits are welcome! thanks..

not bad for a first creature model. it's the kind of thing that won't really look like much until it has a tex. only thing i see is maybe add some more loops in the legs to get a more elegant curve going... ya unwrapping IS one of the hardest parts, especially for a complicated shape like that. Just think about where you want your different surface types to be (slimy, armor, etc) and try to base your unwrapping on that. and post updates.

UV-ing that thing will be hell, hehe. Good luck, you could make that model into something really cool with a good texture. That's the trick really, with game models. Well, I'll check back soon. I hope you update :D
