Title: Lady turtle Uchuchbagha
Name: Alperen Kahraman
Country: Turkey
Software: Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush

Hey,, There is my Strange Behavior job. This is my second long-time work.

I wrote a long story about the picture at my challenge page. I'm telling the short one here ( i suggest you the short one :) ;

The old lady turtle Uchuchbagha is bored her long life and wanted to be a ladybug. She painted her shell with black dots on red, light up a gas lamp to gather them around the light. She wanted to fly as her last wish. She dreamed some faeries calling her and a neverland at the far deeps of the high cliff.

I paint it all at Photoshop.
As a reference, i model faeries at zbrush and compose them at maya.
And i took some bush photos at candle light.

Here there is a strange perspective that is showing both real and unreal world and the turtle is standing just at the edge of the sides and the action.

Thanks for watching.

It looks very fairy tales, great atmosphere, but i think it would look a lot better with the top lanscape darkened or erased, it just spoils the stylish good work.
keep on creating!

Hey,
Thanks a lot...

Actually u're right. As a better atmospheric look, your suggestion about fading background would be better. I wanted to reflect landscape background which she prefers to leave.
I focus the land to create that feeling which symbolizes reality. But i might made it a little bit overdone.. :)
