This type of tutorial may have been posted, but hey, thought it was worth posting.
It's basically showing how to create fast masks in flash to use for image based masking in other packages.

hope it helps someone. (it's not the cleanest masks as I drew it with a mouse fairly fast, but it gets the point across.)
