So I know that the end result is actually arbitary and should probaby be determined by the people using the system or the TD. But the question is; should a naming convention, when considering left and right, be determined based on the view of a character (from the screen) or based on the character's local left and right directions?
It just occured to me that the character's local orientation will not change regardless of the view so it I assume that it makes more sense to name components as the character's left or right.
