no3 is cool but it some how look like birds .it face has more dynamic than others


if you want it look like predator it mast have gaint mouth and big teeth coming out side of its mouth.and changing the eye position and putting them in front of head will make better (i think)

No 2 is the best for the features you describe with this creature, with enough visibly recognizable physiology traits to make it a plausible lifeform similar to a crocodile.

The Feng Zhu homage looks too hokey. You have your own style which looks much better than you attempt to imitate his.

Looks good. It will be interesting to see how you texture and contour the skin.
