Do you know the spider-chick demon from the Manga "Wicked City"??? It looks like it but then in a modern/cyber outfit!
Nice colours and concept!

bloody incredible hawkprey!!

Wicked indeed. I love your design, it's freaky, but in my mind, it lacks depth. I mean, the body area, seems to be concentrated in a sphere. Still, great design

wow, I'm afraid of your gf, Very nice, It looks very metroid-ish, but that's just me.
04-19-2002, 07:10 PM
what is a metroid?
04-20-2002, 11:04 AM
hmmm, i liked the previous version better. The coloring was more...earthly..:) Well, as for the back feet, it seems that they don't have the angle they should. Like, the organic blue matter connecting the feet and the body at the back legs, doesn't seem to be rotated as it should?

the metroid reference has to do with the color and styling of the metal legs in hawkprey's piece being similar to the suit worn by Samus, the protagonist character of a series of games on various Nintendo systems (Super Metroid being the last one, on the Super Nintendo).
hawkprey, you have questionable taste in females, but you have wicked painting talent. this is the kind of original vision i yearn to see in mainstream :)

the metal looks cool... also great detail.
