As the title shows this picture deals with the Cottbuser trainstation ca.140 years ago.

But this exactly was the main difficulty. Because out of those time exist only scribbles or postcards in low quality. Consequently I had to compare, model new or correct mistakes and guess in a intensive way. As only few parts of the whole building were visible.

Despite this model demonstrate the solely and at the same time most detailed possibility to have a look at this building.

Looking really nice but those blue columns in the middle look out of place.

This is a cutaway view right? Otherwise I don't see what's holding up the right front corner of the station. And even so, I'm having an Escher-like moment with the interior window on the right side and the interior balcony. How far across the station does the balcony extend?

Flat lighting.

And it looks like you rendered with orthographic projection on

Great model, but I agree with the lighting. Looks like there's just ambient light on.

I agree with PixelThis, the balcony does look funky. I cant tell where it is or how long it is.
The rest looks great though.

the wall with the interior window crosses the whole room untill the left site. it looks similar like the one at the back! I choose this cuteaway view to make a great part of the inner life visible.
