Its taken me a while but he is finally finished. This character is the subject for my next book, "Game Character Development: Digital Sculpting for the Realtime Artist" which is due out in May.

The concept was created by Chuck Wadey, the winner of the competition I ran last year.

I really like the way you did the fur on the lower arms and shins. First time I've seen it done like that really. Usually I just see a normal map and texture or the costly way using maya fur.

Thanks :)

I did the hair this way because this is a game model so couldn't add any expensive fur. Poly strips are cheap and effective.
