Well, she definitely has a very nice... topology. ;)
Great render, although the lighting could be better, and the skin shader is a bit off. Looks like a plastic doll in the body area. The hair looks pretty good, and the hair accessory is awesome. The earings are cool too. Keep it up!

Nice render. Only crit I have is that the lighting and skin shader needs some work, other than that great job.

Very nice model, indeed. If you fix the skinshader so it looks less like plastic, you picture has a potential to be brilliant.

Nice work, The only things I see from your render is what everyone has said about the skin shader. It seems like the back scatter is off because you can see through the arms, neck and shoulders, you can probably fix that with a map and control where you can see the scatter. On the other hand the eyebrows look like they are painted on her face, I don't know if you have a bump but you should bring it up a little more so you can see more details on her face and body in general that will probably fix the eyebrow problem. The hair and jewelry are looking very good. Nice job :)
