Hello everybody
Since a few weeks, I'm using a Win XP 64bit Machine with a Nvidia 8800 GT. Everything works fine, but now, since I wanted to use Bodypaint for the first time on this new PC, I realized that there is a problem: When I switch to the 3D paint mode of Bodypaint, my Textures are not shown like they should. Actually, the don't show at all any more. As soon as I move to paint mode, the textures just become a blank white area...
I can 'paint', but I won't see anything.
It seams that the Graphicscard has a problem with displaying the paint mode of Bodypaint.

Has anyone an idea why? Is it a setting in Cinema4D? A 8800 GT Driver problem?
What should / could I try?
The installed Driverversion is ForceWare 169.02 by the way.

Thanks a lot,
Oliver

That seams quite odd. I don't think it is your graphic card at all if you see the texture when you are in modelling mode. First, you should try to create the texture while you're in the Painting mode. Create a new material, and add a color channel to it. Giv it any color and it should show right away. Also, in case your new to Bodypain, look into this meny (see snapshot). If texture is selected there, it should show. Just make sure your texture has a bitmap image in its color channel.

Thanks 'TheCore'
I just found out... It's rather simple
It was the Luminance channel of the material... it was activated because I'm using SSS there... gosh
