I'll be trying to create an effect quite similar to the one in FF:TSW
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDCZgmgtrOM

I'll have the earth crack up by the tectonic plates followed by the plates giving way.Sort of like earth loosing its gravity then ending up with an explosion with shockwave and such. Going for more of a fantasy type of look I guess. :)

idk if its to late but it seems as if the cracks appear slowly. it looks like they'er fading in. i think it would more real if they appeared a little faster. looks good so far.

Well one week until the dateline....

FXWARS Dateline Friday March 21th...Who needs more time? (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=139&t=608134)

If I get at least 3 people onboard, I might give a few more days
to finish the entry.
