View Full Version : Blender to Renderman Blog and Google Group now online.

Hello!

For those of you that are interested in the developments on the Blender to Renderman projects this will come as nice news. After the Blender to Renderman forum was shut down for no reason this past year we have been trying to put together a new way to showcase the BtoR projects out there, and with the help of Tenzin Togden the new BtoR blog and Google Group is now online and ready for all to join! I myself have started to slowly climb out of a long vacation from 3D and have again started to spread the word among the Blender heads about the progress towards production ready BtoR projects out there.

I wonder if renderman can export as a .blend .... and further more can maya?

but those are just foolish questions to ask here :), being able to export to renderman would be nice! then maybe I could use blender to get a job for disney/pixar .... (not exactly a highlight of my carrer, but hey i'm constantly trying to earn money..) (so I can actually hire people to help me with my projects)

i see no one was willing to work off of sales :( ... but hey, so what, I've moved on I no longer actually /need/ a music composer anymore, as I have some old 8 bit VG music/SFX I can use. and I guess the nintendo wii is out of the question for development, unless I can hack into mine! :), so I'll just make a PC game out of my game, then all it will take is time....
