View Full Version : Animation Pose is gone

I was tweaking a lot of facial blend shapes and accidentally moved time slider. That lost all the blend shapes settings as well
as body poses. Since there are many keys already on timeline, Undo did not work to get the shapes back.

It will be a major problem during the animation if I lose all the poses by just moving the time slider, and I want to find out before I get deeply into it.

Is there any good solution for that?

the only way to move in the timeline is to scrub in it with your middle mouse button. When doing so, you will find that your animation will not update, you are being given the freedom to move to a different point in the timeline to set new keys, without having to bump into the problem you just did. I hope this is a little bit of info that may help you out.

And if it doesn't I'd just say, do your best not to accidentally scrub in the timeline anymore. :D

this is not really an answer, but did you now that you can press "k" and LMB and you can scrb the timeline from any viewport? great feature! :bounce:
