Hi
Got an annoying "problem" with wings...
Ive been switching monitor a few times (between crt and laptop), and the geometry graph fu**s up so i have like 4 of them....i need only one and i cant "reach" the close "x" coz of diff resolutions on the 2 monitors.

Any advices.

If you can see the top GEOMENTRY bar, I believe you can just right-click it and and select "Fit" and choose HOZ, VER, or BOTH - that should scale to your screen resolution...?

Maybe not...Else you could double click on the actual OS bar that should bring it to monitor res max.

P.S. Loved that LOTR creature you were working on - amazing.

Sorry...it was the geometry window, not the graph...

Thanks bout the lotr creature, when i get around to buy a new mobo and cpu to my other machine, ill finish it up. All files are on tht hd, and its without the mentioned parts so I cant get to them :(
hehe guess my sig is a bit "old". Maybe I should enter a new challenge, with Wings ;)

If you move the Geo window YOU CAN SEE over to the right of the one YOU CAN'T SEE, then right-click on the top bar of the GEO window, select fit VERTICAL, it should format all GEO windows vertical close to there relative position.

If you tired that, I'd say uninstall wings, then reinstall wings. The window positions will revert back to defaults, then you can open your model, and reset up the enviroment to your liking.

If you can't sort this out any other way just dump or edit the preference file. Actually uninstalling Wings won't help because it leaves the prefs behind, which is where the problem is :o)

If you delete teh PREFERENCES file, then restart the program it will regenerate the PREFERENCES file as new.

I tested it...it works on my end (ver. 98.09).
