hi i was wondering where i can find some good tutorials on cloth modeling(iīm not very sure how to build them with splines :\ )
i wanted to model a Cg-Jacket with a cloack for one live action actorīs Digital double. the problem is that i got no clue how to model cloth for the use of cloth simulations plugin( i got simcloth, reactor, and Stitch wich i think is the best of the three). where can i find tutorials on how to builds pieces of cloth(that allow decent calculation speed) for such plugin? In the help files it says there are pretty many software programs to build cloth(but theyre so expensive!) where can i find some "jacket&other cloth" pieces tutorials? help me please.

cheers

Download Pattern Master Tailor Made 2.2 demo from:
This program will let you see the pattern on the screen, which you can then screen-capture and use as a background in max to create the spline pattern for Stitch.

The tutorial i've produced you... You can do it on 3dsmax ;) Change the wod "blendshape" by "morph". But I know max hasn't the same abilities than maya
