I started modeling and texturing it over a year ago and never finished it. Now I'm completely redoing all the textures, plus I've optimized the model for animation. Still a lot of texturing to do, so I don't know if I'll ever have enough time to do an animation. ;)
All done in Cinema 4D of course.

Very cool Janine! No suggestions, really, except maybe the teeth could be a little more interesting.
repeating myself:
Hi Janine,
it looks cool!!!
I look forward to a textured version though ... as is, it looks a little "hypernurbed" -> to slick (glatt).
Another thing bothers me . . how does it move? I suppose only by way of the "arms"? If so, wouldn´t the shoulders and chest be way more pronounced? Anyway this is going to be another great piece from you.
I always wanted to thank you for your tutorials - they were really cool (still are!)when I started out with Cinema 2 years ago.
Cheers

The teeth could be less static. They look too perfect.
The eyes don't scare me enough. Also, who says it has to have 2 eyes?
Looking good so far! Looking forward to seeing more!

That's very good!
My question is:
Are you going to use bumps, displacements, or actual modelling to make the scales and bumpy features?
Keep it up! Excellent lighting!

Thanks. :) I'll probably just use bump maps and specular maps for that.
