It looks pretty good in terms of proportions--no suggestions. It's impossible to comment on the structure of the model without a wireframe and a smoothed version.

Here is the wireframe. I know my topologie isn't the best, and I feel not good when performing the mesh ;)

And the smoothed version (don't care for lighting)

Actually i think it looks pretty good! there seems to be too many bumps along the rim of the jaw from the ear to the chin. Maybe smooth out that area a bit. Also, the jaw could be a bit bigger imo. As in, a little lower and beefier sideways.. Also pull the ear in closer to head, that entire area seems to stick out too far..
The eyes/brow/nose/mouth area looks really good tho.
look forward to more :wip:

Some people on chatting had said me to :
-work on the eyelids.
-make the nostrils depther.
-on the ear, the cartillage is a bit strict.
(excuse my english).

And what about his style? If You can change something, what it would be?

Well, it still looks good! ;) I think the jaw could be more angular where it turns up to meet the ear. And the transition from the area under the nose to the smile lines seems a little to sharp, but that may be the lighting. The topology actually looks pretty good to me, but then I'm not exactly the god of edge looping either. I say make the few little changes that have been suggested and move on to the materials!

-- First Yes my topologie isn't good, i prefer the topologie I've made on this one. Following the muscles orientations, better for blenshape animation, and simply to perform the mesh clevery

-- Second point Can you help (by a draw or more expliacations) to get the jaw well! This anatomy part is a bit difficult for me : large jaw for a strong character, fine jaw, for an "spiriter" one...
