Agree with D.Q, this guy reminds me a lot of Arthus on the WC3 box art.....

What game is he for? How about showing us some more!

Eyes look too far apart. The width of the eye should be the same as between them.
Other than that, it looks nice. Even though it's the warcraft cover :)
