Hello
I am working on an interior and I am using vray for the first time.
As you see there are some blocthiness on the walls and also around the orange line on the wall.
I would appreciate it if anyone tell me how I can elimintate them?
Settings I used:

Irr map Min/Max Rate: -3/-1
Hsph subd: 35
Inter. subd: 20
Clr/Nrm/Dist thresh 0.3/0.1/0.1

Light cache:
Subd: 1000
sample size: 0.02

Looks to me like it's noise in the irradiance map. Ideally you should be using either brute force GI or Light Cache in progressive path tracing mode, which are both methods that sample GI with subpixel precision. Due to this, they will be quite slow, but very precise and crisp. Alternatively, you can increase the amount of light cache samples and use a higher quality irradiance map preset. Your mileage may vary, depending on your scene.

Under rQMC lower noise threshold to 0.002, set global subdivs multiplier to 3. Under irradiance map increase inter subs to 30 Also check that there's no semi-transparent object over the window that would cause it.

I don't know about the orange line, that looks more like a modelling fault.

Increase Irr. map hsphere subdivs to around 70-100.

I wouldn't use Brute force or PPT for this unless you have a very strong processor and plenty of free time.
