hey ive been having issues building the comsrvui.dlu file for Max 9 SP2 can anyone out there tell me where i can just DL this file so i can make a dcom server?

for some reason my c++ 2005 cant open the windows.h file during the build.

running win 2003 Server RC2 (updated) on decent hardware, and using Max 9SP2 (with most recent available updates) and C++ 2005 Express edition (SP1) and the Microsoft Platform SDK R2.
