View Full Version : Need help to rig/skin a shoulder in 3dsmax 8 !!ho

hey, i modeled a comlex musclular character, i skinned the shoulder as good as i could but there is still distortions in the mesh, when i raise the shoulder or move it back and forward .

then i tried to use skin morph but because the shoulder has xyz rotations there is distortions in the mesh.what is the solution, maybe i could use maxscript or something?!!

and i found a guy who found a solution in blender but i dont understand blender,maybe somebody here could understand it an apply it in 3dsmax ,

HI...!

HAve you done skin morph for each pose? ie front , back, up and down. Hope if you have these your problem will me minimium

i done it for front and back and up, but the problem is up is always 100 in skinMorph, i tried to change the spinner that called "influence angle" but it didnt help.
