Title: Seat Leon
Name: Nicklas Byriel
Country: Denmark
Software: 3ds max, Photoshop, VRay

Hey guys!

Well, i havent really posted anything in a while, so thought i would share this studio setup i did last night (since i couldnt sleep anyway)

The car was original done for an animation, so there might be missing a thing or 2 here and there. Anyway i still think its "ok" for a large still render, so enjoy it if you like it :)

Note that on my CRT monitor the image is pretty dark, but on my LCD monitor its bright.. i REALLY tried to compensate between the 2, but you might get some different result then what im seeing hehe..

Original size here:

C&C is always welcome :)

Cheers!

Yeah thats a cool model man, how many polys did it eventually take to make?

Looks ridiculously detailed:)

@ Eric Sosa - Hehe thats what you get for being on more than 1 forum ;)

@ alexcyh - Thank you very much :) - maybe ill do a revisit on the image and do a less monochrome picture, maybe put it in an urban environment or something, if i get around to it :)

@ koolnits and SogaClarke
Just quick about the shader, its (obviously) done in Vray, though basicly its 2 shaders put together with a shellac material, 1 of them being silvery and having a 1.0 gloss the other being black and has a much lower glossyness to it (.7 i think it was) - anyway ill check up on it by the end of the weekend and probably give a bit more of a detailed explanation on how i did the shader :) and thank you for your nice comments!

Cheers everyone, and have a nice weekend!
