Title: A fairy-tale of The Day and The Night
Name: Maya Bocheva
Country: Bulgaria
Software: Painter, Photoshop

These are some images from a book I'm making with ideas from my animation movie. I've posted images from the movie's storyboard here some time ago.
I've left out all texts from the images, so you can concentrate on the drawing.

Very funny illustration!
It would be perhaps interesting to had a little material on the wall (in the foreground) and pehaps on the table (just in right side) like you do for the floor.
It's just an idea but your colors are very nice.

You're right of course, now that I look it that way I clearly see it. This is a side effect from removing the texts. All "empty" spots you see are going to be filled with them. You can see it here: picture (http://wickyhouse.com/files/mitove_4-5str.jpg)

hey Maya:) ...i love your work, that's why i favorited you so as to keep up with your latest!.:scream: ..lol....this is an excellent piece! i take that it's for a kids book, well 5 stars:thumbsup: ....the colors are very engaging ( so vivid!) and adding to the whimsy of it, is the askew angles .... i love it, it somehow illustrates the haphazardness of a childs imagination. very cute:)

adrephil - I say you're making cute pictures too. Thanks a lot for the nice words.

olive2d - I'm glad you like it! I'll even clean up more of the texts. I'm flattered you like the picture!

yamoto - you're so kind, thanks!
After all those nice words I'm really motivated to continue working on the book!
