Hi Alexander,
One thing I might suggest is using an entire character for the lip sync portion instead of just a head. The model and texturing on that model look very nice, but the animation itself seems stiff - in part I think because it's JUST lip sync.
Something along the lines of 80% of body language is in the movements of the body itself as opposed to the expressions of the face - so by just using a head model I don't think you can get as much of the emotion of the scene across as if you use an entire character - even an extremely simply one that's not as realistic.
One really nice site to check out for a better idea of what i'm talking about is www.11secondclub.com (http://www.11secondclub.com), or the animation challenges here on CGTalk forums. It's rare to see an extreme close up of an acting scene - the acting in the body itself is more important than even making sure the lips sync with the words (not to say that isn't important for a completed scene).
Just a thought. Keep on animating!

It's a good start!
The first thing you have to work on it's the timing...when the first guy in your reel have his arms moving very fast and at some moment to slower in a same movement.
You have to work on your main pose too, even there are good I'm sure they can be more.
It's all I have seen good luck!
