here it is an openGL shot of the hyperNURBS cage.
Looks afwul promsing, however the torso looks a little undefined. you might want to make some sort of differentation between the ribs, and the pectoral muscles.

There are a couple of issues that I have, actually. I understand you're going for a comical look... but you have a lot of mesh that isn't accomplishing much.
you can definitely push the detail in this model and keep the style you're going for while adding a lot of eyecandy value.
You could also go ballistic with the bump map and specular values to achieve an amphibian type look, hence keeping the color scheme you're shooting for.
Any chance I can get an XL compatible .c4d file? or an OBJ?

I'm saying you're on the right track... you just need to define your mesh better

eheh he should be Peter Pan but their suit are almost the same....
Yeah I would expect Robin hood to be a bit more manly looking.
But that would make a good movie.
Peter pan, the mass murderer.

Ohhh... so it's wearing a shirt. my bad.
My crits are to the sleeves... you should make it thinner... as it looks now, it's cutting right through the arms.
Finding a face that will "match" the body should be the interesting part

eheh... u're right Adrian... i have to make the sleeves thinner... About the head... yes... it's the most difficult part as it has to be very exspressive (compared to Jack Nicholson....)
About the synopsis all i can say is... Do you Remember what's the name of the wife of Jack Nicholson in Shining??
Love the environment, it resembles "The Shining" very well. Have you thought about how you are gonna animate the character? SoftIk? Would be interested to hear what you have in mind.
